Talent Excellence Executive

Full-time | Permanent
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

If so, Geeks has a unique opportunity for a growth-minded Talent Excellence Executive to join our team. Collaborating closely with our Director of People, this role will be central in supporting our UK office with the attraction, selection, and onboarding of new geeks.


This role will be responsible for managing our recruitment campaigns and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new candidates whilst supporting new geeks during their onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a natural people person with a curiosity to find the right geeks for the right seats. Beyond this, you will be highly organised and promote our purpose and core values. As a brand advocate for Geeks, your passion and positivity will be key in delivering a great experience for all candidates. You will be surrounded by a team of supportive, high-energy, and driven geeks who will share your commitment to collaboration, curiosity to grow, and courage to create real value.

Responsibilities

This is a dynamic role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the following:

Managing the UK campaigns and maintaining a strong talent pipeline;
Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates for the hiring managers;
Ensure that our recruitment platforms remains neat and tidy whilst keeping candidate records updated;
Own the recruitment and on-boarding for your campaigns whilst supporting the people team to positively influence the employee experience;
Continuously look to improve our interview methods to create a kick-ass candidate experience;
Be a champion of the Geeks brand;
Ensure that the Geeks Way and Geeks Approach is embedded in the employee experience.
